I walked into your shop this morning with a broken toe shift lever. I talked to Zach in the service department, told him I was passing through from Virginia on my way to Washington. He took my bike in right away. It was repaired and ready to leave your shop in less than an hour. I don't know if it will bring you any business but, I will telling my Sturgis bound buddies to stop by if they need anything. Thanks to Cory, Russ, Casey, and Tracey. I went in to trade for a Road King Classic. When I went back to finalize the deal Cory was at lunch, so I started looking around. A 2012 Electra Glide Classic jumped out at me. Russ came over and we started talking about it. He took the time to answer all my questions and offer suggestions. He then asked me if I would like to test ride it. Sure! 10 miles later I was ready to throw Cory a changeup, of which he took in stride. After visits with Casey and Tracey the deal was done for our first new Harley. Not a bad 55th b-day present. Thanks Rooster's!

I'm not much of a testemonial type guy, I don't believe.........but after recently purchasing a motorcycle at Rooster's, I do feel that the experience is worth mentioning. Everything about it was great, and I honestly will recommend you guys, to anyone that asks. When I called about buying a bike, Cory went out of his way finding one, as I had had a not so good experience at another dealership a month prior. Everything from start to finish went great. When my wife & I walk into Rooster's, we are treated like we have been customers forever. Casey & Gay also have gone out of their way to accomadate us. All the staff at Rooster's are an awesome bunch, Keep up the great job.

I thought the service i received at Roosters H-D was very professional, they didn't have any problems with answering questions on anything for me. Dan Davidson was a great salesman and was very knowledgable. Jeremiah in service and the parts dept. were also very knowledgable and very helpful. Heath in fnance was a little shaky at first but I was only the second person he had helped being new to the Roosters family. Overall my experience was a great one and I got one hell of a Heritage softail Classic. Thanks to everyone that put in their time and effort into helping me get the bike on the road. I look forward doing more business with you in the future.

At last years "Awesome Biker Nights" We were riding on the poker run when we pulled into Elk Point and discovered a flat rear tire! Of course then it started raining-I made a distress call to Roosters & luckily caught someone still at the store late on Sat. afternoon. After a few phone calls and a fellow biker from Elk point offering to trailer my 04' FLSTC to Sioux City,We met Russ at the dealership. He was able to talk Mike into leaving the festivities on fourth street to change our tire. We visited with Russ & his wife while Mike got us back on two wheels in no time. I feel they went above and beyond what they had to do-and Mike wouldnt even let me buy him a beer later that evening when I seen him downtown! I have since returned for a 10,000 mi service and will continue to do business at Roosters. Excellent staff!! Knowledgable,Friendly,and willing to go the extra mile .

This is without a doubt the best dealership to buy a Harley. I have bought both Harley's from Cory Tucker, and he is a very upfront honest guy to deal with. When I purchased my first Harley three years ago I thought maybe it was a fluke that the customer service was that good. So I was a little skeptical when I inquired on the second Harley at the first of the year. But, to my amazement they surpassed the customer service I received the first time. Cory once again took great care of me and Casey explained to me in detail how to care for my new bike, (Casey is topnotch too). Everything has been exactly as promised every time. By the way, I live a little over 5 hours away from this dealer, but I will be going back to them for the next one!!

I looked at three Harley dealerships before coming to Rooster's. Rooster's was the first dealership to give me the time of day and show interest in selling a motorcycle to a female rider. They took pride in making sure that I was comfortable with the motorcycle and knew how everything worked and when the services were. I now not only have a beautiful 1200 Low Sportster, but I have a whole new wardrobe to go with it! This was my first brand new purchase of a bike. I have been looking for quite some time, I was stuck in the used bike side of things. Until it was made obvious by the fellows at Roosters that I would be better off with a new bike. It wasn't long and Beau helped me narrow it down to just 3 new bikes. I sat on all 3 but I must have saved the best for last The FatBob FXDF. Beau made things happen. The service group there was A+. They made sure I knew what to expect. Heath was great to me during our financing, all an A+! My overall experience at Roosters just made me feel like I made the best decision I could have ever made by purchasing new and purchasing from Roosters.

I had made 30... yes I said 30 phones calls trying to find a painted front fender for my 2000 Road King. Initially, I was told you didn't have one, but Patty kept looking and called me back. She shipped it right out and now I will be able to ride in a charity run that is very important to me. Thanks for a job well done.

I am totally satisfied with how my purchase and subsequent warranty work has been handled. Cory Tucker is terrific. He is informed and motivated about motorcycle stuff. He was a great resource helping me choose options for the new bike. He continues to be readily available any time I have a call about anything about the bike. I've had a couple warranty visits and Rooster's folks are great. Appointments were met with prompt service. The service folks are "people people" unlike many other harley dealers I've done business with over the years. Overall: Roosters is a great place to do business.

Dear Roosters, I live in Sioux Falls SD. I left for this year's Sturgis Rally on Firday of the opening weekend. After traveling approx 30 miles my FLSTC developed a problem, that caused my bike to breakdown on Interstate 90. I was able to "limp" my bike back to J&L Harley in Sioux Falls at approx 4:30 PM. After some time with them they told me that they did no have the part that should fix my bike. We immediately started calling your dealership to see if the part needed was available. The dilemma, after determining that you did have the part, was the distance (time) needed to travel there before you closing time of six o'clock. We make contact with Gay Rector who stated he would wait for us after your closing time so we could purchase the part needed. We arrived in Sioux City at approx six-thirty and there stood Gay and Russ Mayrose waiting to assist us. Needless to say the part fixed my problem and my Sturgis week was a huge success. We have purchased 2 bikes from Roosters and just ordered our 3rd. We like the great people that we've dealt with there. They always greet you by name when you walk in. The last time we were there, we hadn't been in for almost a year and they still knew us and greeted us like good friends. Their service has always been great. I've never been treated this well at any other dealership. These are GOOD people.

I wanted to send out a big THANX to Cory and Heath for my second purchase of a Harley. They stayed after hours for me so I could get my new 2008 Street Bob. Heath went out of his way to get me more financing to get more goodies on it. The entire staff down right ROCKS hands down best service I have ever received. They dont treat you like a customer, they treat you like a close friend. Many a times I'd call Cory to talk to him about the bike and we'd end up talking about other stuff as if we hadn't seen each other in a long time and catching up on old times. It made me feel very comfortable. Beau was even a lot of help to me when Cory was busy with someone and he even treated me the same way. Jeremiah and Casey were also a big help. You will definitely see me there in 5 or 6 years to get another new one so my wife can take over my Street Bob. I would have to rate everyone there top notch. I bought my first Harley last year at Rooster’s. I am a 50’s lady who had never driven a motorcycle before. I took a motorcycle class in 2008 with the full intention of someday owning my own Harley! Three months later, I visited Rooster’s and purchased an 883 Sportster. I totally loved spending time on the road learning how to ride with my girlfriends who had also just taken the class. With the recent Sportster trade-in deal this year from Harley Davidson, I couldn’t pass up trading in my Sportster for an upgrade. Cory sold me on a 2009 Softail Deluxe. I really like the Deluxe because of the lower seat and the GREAT ride! I couldn’t be happier with the bike and the great advice and expertise from the sales staff at Rooster’s! They were so helpful in finding the perfect bike for me! Cory allowed me to take a couple bikes out of the store to test drive to see what felt best for me. I have visited many Harley Davidson dealerships and find Rooster’s to be the most helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! Call up to order a 2012 calender. Talked to one of the gals up there and was to get it in 2 to 3 days. Nope, got it the next day!! I live hour and a half away. I have always taking my service needs to Roosters and been treated like family. I will continue my shopping needs and service at Roosters.
